Finnair Adding Two New Asian Routes this Year

Finnair has announced that they are adding two new routes to Asia this coming June.  The two new destinations include Xi’an in China and Hanoi in Vietnam and these routes will make Finnair the first airline to offer direct routes from Helsinki to these two Asian destinations and it will make a total of 13 Asian routes for the airline.  The new routes will also make it easier for people in the UK to reach the new destinations as they can easily make connecting flights in Manchester and Heathrow.

Xi’an is an ancient imperial capital and it is a fabulous place to explore.  It is now home to the Terracotta Army, which surrounds the mausoleum of Emperor Qin Shi Huang and it is a growing city that holds a prominent place in the aerospace and software industries in China.  Hanoi is another ancient city that is well-known for its historic Old Quarter and its French architecture.  Hanoi also has the pilgrimage site Chua Huong, which is a network of Buddhist temples and shrines set in the hills and forests surrounding Huong Mountain.
