SpiceJet will Launch Flights to Bangkok, Macua, Muscat

SpiceJet, a budget carrier based out of Chennai, has plans to launch flights to three new international destinations, including Bangkok, Macau, and Muscat.  The airline just launched their international operations last October and they are already operating in eight airports overseas, in addition to their 47 domestic destinations.  The three new destinations are a part of the airline’s international expansion plan.

Sources from the airline said the three new destinations were part of their expansion plan and that they plan to launch them as a part of their summer schedule, which runs from March to October.  The airline currently has 19.5% of the market share and flies to Kathmandu, Malay, Colombo, Dubai, Kabul, Riyadh, Sharjah, and Gongzou.
