St. Petersburg adds inexpensive flights to Florida

St. Petersburg International Airport has added more flights to Key West and Fort Lauderdale. Silver Airways will offer two flights every weekday starting at $66.20. One flight per weekend will be offered, with no flights on Sunday. This means Silver Airways will be the second-most frequent carrier behind Allegiant. Last year made the airport a record-breaker regarding passenger numbers. Silver flies out of Tampa International Airport; the airline has 11 airports in Florida so far.It offers flights to seven destinations in the Bahamas and eight in the mid-Atlantic states. The largest is Dulles International Airport in Washington, D.C.
